About AP Build

Founded in 2010, AP-Build, Inc. provides a full range of construction and project management services including program management, owner's representation, project management, and pre-construction services.

We have a broad depth of experience in retail, commercial facilities, residential and multi-family construction and development. AP-Build, Inc. specializes in managing the overall planning, coordination and control of a project, from the conceptual development stage to final close-out, to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

We are a small company with big company experience. Our goal is to provide dedicated personnel tailored to each project to deliver beyond our clients' expectations. Client satisfaction is our number one priority.

Our Leadership

Ken Pickart is a founding partner and Managing Director of AP-Build, Inc. He has a rich background in retail construction and has over 30 years of experience leading clients to success on complex projects and roll-out programs.

His leadership skills and deep construction knowledge are valuable assets on projects in which he is involved. Ken is the primary Owner/Contractor interface and is responsible for the management of all phases of the projects to ensure timely completion.

Highlights of his career include serving as Chief Executive Officer of Fisher Development, Inc.; Vice President of Store Construction at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.; President of Fisher's European division which included the United Kingdom, France and Germany; and managing numerous award-winning projects throughout the United States and Europe.
